Join us for the VFAHT Poster Competition 2024, an inspiring event aimed at raising awareness and reducing stigma around Hepatitis B and C. This competition is a unique opportunity for VFAHT members to showcase their artistic talents while contributing to a meaningful cause. Participants are invited to create compelling posters that address the misconceptions and social stigmas associated with hepatitis.
The competition will feature various categories, including painting, graphic design, and sketching. Submissions will be evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges, with additional input from our social media community. Prizes will be awarded to the top entries, and all participants will receive certificates of recognition.

Announcement of Winners
The top two position holders in each category will be announced on the VFAHT website, as well as on the official VFAHT & IPAC Facebook and Instagram pages.
Recognition
Each winner's work will be showcased, along with a brief description and their explanation of the concept and message behind their poster.
Prizes
Winners will be awarded cash prizes during VCON 2024.
Presentation Ceremony
Winners must attend VCON 2024 to receive their prizes. If unable to attend, winners should notify the organizers in advance to make alternative arrangements for prize distribution.
Media and Publicity
Winners agree to have their names, photos, and poster images used in promotional materials and media coverage related to the competition and VCON 2024

Questions
The competition is open to all VFAHT members, including Advisory, National, and Local Councils.
The theme is “Stigma Reduction for Hepatitis B and C.” Participants are encouraged to address the stigma associated with hepatitis and promote understanding and support.
- Each poster must clearly represent the theme: “Stigma Reduction for Hepatitis B and C.“
- Posters must be original works created by the participants.
- Each participant can submit only one entry per category.
- Posters should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content. Any poster containing such content will be disqualified upon submission.
- Relevance to the theme.
- Creativity and originality.
- Visual impact and design quality.
- Clarity of message
The judging period will take place from 14th to 20th August. The evaluation of all submissions will be completed within these four days.
Winners will be announced on 21 August, one week after the judging period.
