Town Hall Meeting
World Hepatitis Day is commemorated each year on 28 July to enhance awareness of viral hepatitis. Pakistan has 12 million cases of hepatitis B and C (HBV/HCV) and is therefore highest country in the world to have such a high disease occurrence.
This town hall meeting is part of the Hepatitis Prevention Campaign led by Volunteer Force Against Hepatitis Transmission (a division of Infection Prevention and Control Foundation) this July and August with the theme of “Hepatitis Free Future | Hepatitis Free Pakistan” to commemorate the World Hepatitis Day (July 28) and Independence Day of Pakistan (August 14).
2 CME Hours will be awarded to registered participants for attending the Town Hall Meeting on the topic of ELIMINATE HEPATITIS BY 2030 | PROGRESS AND CHALLENGES on August 12, 2020 | 4:00 PM (PKT). Only registered participants, who will fill the Post Town Hall Meeting Evaluation Form are eligible to confer CME Hours Certification by the University of Health Sciences, Lahore
