World Hepatitis Day is commemorated each year on 28 July bringing the world together under a single theme to raise awareness of the global burden of viral hepatitis and to bring about a real change. Aligned with the WHO’s theme of ‘Hepatitis Can’t Wait’, this year, Volunteer Force Against Hepatitis Transmission-Rawalpindi Medical University is organizing a seminar in collaboration with District Health Authority Rawalpindi, Rawalian Community Awareness Program, Shifa4U, Centre for Liver Disease-Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, and Society for Therapeutic Endoscopy, RMU. Students, volunteers, faculty, and staff of Rawalpindi Medical University and its associated teaching hospital participated in this seminar.
