On June 30, 2024, VFAHT-BUHSC and VFAHT-UMDC in collaboration with MEDQURIOUS hosted an informative online webinar focused on the PLAB exams, designed for international medical graduates (IMGs) aspiring to practice medicine in the UK. The session provided a comprehensive overview of the exams, covering their purpose, structure, eligibility requirements, and preparation strategies.

Key topics included an explanation of the PLAB 1 and PLAB 2 exams, detailing the theoretical and practical assessments involved, along with the importance of meeting the General Medical Council (GMC) standards. Participants learned about effective study techniques, time management strategies, and essential resources to aid preparation, as well as the application process and GMC licensing procedures.
