A tuberculosis awareness walk was arranged regarding its transmission and prevention in Mayo Hospital Lahore by students of KEMU under the platform of VFAHT KEMU. 30+ volunteers participated in this awareness campaign. The volunteers covered Mayo hospital, especially its TB and chest medicine ward, and the outskirts of KEMU and Mayo hospital. Free masks and pamphlets were distributed by our volunteers to patients and their attendants. They were made aware of how tuberculosis is transmitted and how it can be prevented.
