On June 04, 2024, VFAHT-KIMS initiated a series of events to raise awareness about Typhoid at Karachi Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), CMH Karachi. They started off by releasing a video discussing the spread of thyroid disease and preventive measures, including an interactive session with students. In collaboration with the KIMS Media Society, another video was released featuring faculty members explaining the basics of typhoid disease.

They also conducted a seminar covering the pathogen, spread, treatment, and prevention of typhoid. The seminar included an animated video and the previously released educational videos. The volunteers also visited the Pediatrics Department at CMH to spread awareness about typhoid. At the end, a game-day was organized with multiple rounds of competition. Participants competed in various rounds, and winners were awarded certificates.

To conclude the campaign, deputy director training Col. Sharufidin , Lt Col. Shahid, deputy director admin KIMS and admin head of VFAHT-KIMS arranged Tea party for volunteers and appreciated all their efforts and hardwork.
