On May 25, 2024, VFAHT UMDC and VFAHT JSMU collaborated on a Dengue Awareness Campaign in the slums of Korangi, Karachi. The event aimed to educate the community about dengue and included the distribution of kits.

Volunteers formed groups, distributing 200 flyers, 150 kits, and 25 bed nets, and provided information on dengue in Urdu and Sindhi. Kits contained mosquito coils, repellent lotion, and Panadol strips, with demonstrations on mosquito bed net usage.

The residents greatly appreciated the awareness session and free kits, which significantly enhanced the campaign’s impact.
