On September 23, 2024, VFAHT-DUHS organized a mental health awareness session at Aisha Islamic Orphanage in Karachi. The session featured an engaging, interactive presentation that covered the causes, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues. To enhance participation, a quiz was held, with students who answered correctly receiving gifts as rewards.

The session concluded with the distribution of pamphlets to all participants, providing them with valuable information on mental health and support resources. The event successfully raised awareness and encouraged open dialogue about mental health within the community.
