On June 03, 2024, the Malaria and Dengue domain of VFAHT-FMC conducted an awareness session at SOS Village, Islamabad. A team of 25 dedicated volunteers, including all members of the Malaria and Dengue domain, participated in the campaign. The session focused on educating the children about the major signs, symptoms, and treatment options for malaria and dengue. Over 70 informative pamphlets were distributed to the students and teachers, providing key details on these topics. Additionally, the volunteers emphasized the importance of maintaining basic hygiene and encouraged the students to take proactive protective measures, such as using mosquito repellent and bed nets, to safeguard themselves against these diseases.
