On August 01, 2023 VFAHT KEMU conducted an awareness campaign among the general public about malaria and its prevention at Mayo hospital.
The objectives were to distribute brochures among public, discuss their concerns, and combat any myths associated to the diseases.
The volunteers distributed brochures after explaining to the patients the idea behind the campaign, why is malaria important and what they can do to save themselves from it.
The project met its goals of promoting awareness among the masses.
