On April 29, 2024 VFAHT-JSMU organized an awareness campaign on Malaria and Dengue at Ajuman Hayat-ul-Islam orphanage, Karachi where they targeted an audience of around 85 students of grade 3^rd to 6^th. This impactful campaign was aimed at educating children about malaria and dengue, how it spreads, its signs and symptoms, management and prevention. The highlight of the visit was a skit played by volunteers for the children’s benefit to make it more interactive and engaging. Additionally, worksheets and gifts were distributed as well. The eagerness and enthusiasm received from the students to understand and absorb the knowledge given by the volunteers was commendable and made this activity a great success.
