𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬!!World Malaria Day (WMD) is an international observance commemorated every year on 25 April and recognizes global efforts to control malaria. Globally, 3.3 billion people in 106 countries are at risk of malaria. Project Zoonotic-Borne Infections department organized an awareness session at Ever Shine Govt: Boys Secondary School for children and tell them about; 1. What is Malaria? 2. It’s Symptoms 3. It’s Prevention 4. It’s Treatment Along with the interactive session. Mosquito repellent coils, Mospel and some gifts were also distributed. The kids actively participated by not only answering during the session but by also exhibiting their creative skills in a drawing activity at the end of the session. ‘𝙄 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖’.
