On May 27, 2024, VFAHT-DUHS conducted a public awareness campaign on heat stroke at Bolton Market and Burns Road, Karachi.

The aim was to educate the public about the consequences of heatstroke and how to prevent oneself from it. They talked to various shopkeepers, rickshaw drivers and pedestrians during the campaign.

Volunteers also distributed water bottles to emphasize the importance of keeping oneself hydrated.
