On October 14, 2024, VFAHT-DUHS organized an insightful awareness session at Mazin Academy, Karachi. The session aimed to educate over 60 primary students about the fundamentals of respiratory physiology, the impact of common respiratory diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia, and ways to prevent infections through good hygiene practices.

Through interactive presentations, students learned about the importance of clean air, the risks of smoking and secondhand smoke, and practical measures to maintain respiratory health. Activity sheets were distributed to reinforce key concepts, making the session both educational and engaging.

This initiative highlighted the importance of early education in promoting lifelong respiratory health awareness and prevention strategies.
