On September 02, 2024, VFAHT-BUHSC, in collaboration with the First Response Initiative of Pakistan (FRIP), conducted a vital CPR and First Aid workshop at the FRIP office with 35 enthusiastic participants. The session aimed to equip attendees with essential life-saving skills, focusing on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the proper use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
Led by certified instructors, the workshop combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on training, enabling participants to gain confidence and competence in managing cardiac emergencies. This impactful initiative emphasized community preparedness, enhancing emergency response capabilities and fostering a collective effort to potentially save lives in critical situations.
