On August 15, 2024, VFAHT-ZU conducted a Cholera Awareness Campaign at Ziauddin Hospital, Kemari. Volunteers, divided into small groups, approached bakery staff, janitorial staff, guards, and patient attendants to educate them about cholera.

The campaign focused on its signs, symptoms, prevention, and treatment while addressing and clearing common misconceptions. Volunteers also demonstrated proper handwashing techniques, emphasizing its role in cholera prevention. This initiative aimed to enhance awareness and promote better hygiene practices within the hospital community.
