On July 7, 2024, VFAHT-STMU and VFAHT-RMU organized a successful malaria and dengue awareness campaign in France Colony and International Full Gospel Fellowship (IFGF) Church, Islamabad. The day began with a briefing session by the presidents outside the church, followed by a door-to-door campaign where volunteers distributed pamphlets, mosquito coils, and repellent lotions.

Dr. Sajida from the Community Medicine Department of STMU joined the team to address approximately 90-100 attendees inside the church. The session included detailed presentations on malaria and dengue, covering symptoms, prevention, and early diagnosis, with a Q&A segment for community questions. The event received positive feedback, effectively raising awareness and empowering the community with essential knowledge and tools to combat these diseases.
