On August 03, 2023 VFAHT UMDC conducted a Hepatitis awareness session at United Medical and dental college(UMDC) and Creek General Hospital.

This awareness session was organized for the patients of Creek General Hospital. It happened in medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatric wards, and OPD. VFAHT team took permission from each head of department to conduct the awareness session. The president, vice president, general secretary, and blood infectious team participated in delivering the session. Our team basically educated patients about hepatitis, its signs and symptoms, transmission, and prevention. We distributed flyers that contained information about the disease. Lastly, we pinned leaflets on the notice board of our campus.

In conclusion, the hepatitis awareness session was successful.
