Hepatitis is a common liver disease that is responsible for mortality as well as morbidity. An estimated 354 million people worldwide live with hepatitis B or C, and for most, testing and treatment remain beyond reach. To aid in tackling the burden of viral hepatitis, IPAC Foundation in collaboration with VFAHT- Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan, Hepatitis& Infection Control Program, Punjab, organized a Hepatitis B & C Screening and Vaccination Camp at the Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan, on September 07, 2022. Along with screening and vaccination, this activity also addressed the general concerns regarding this disease and aimed to raise awareness about the gravity of hepatitis spread and preventive measures. The team showed full adherence to COVID-19 SOPs during the camp.
