VFAHT-KEMU LC conducted an awareness seminar at King Edward Medical University, Lahore regarding World Blood Donors Day “Practice Safe Blood Donation”. Medical students of different years participated in this awareness seminar. After that, the students conducted an awareness walk at Mayo Hospital, Lahore, and distributed brochures among duty doctors, medical students, patients, and their attendants. Advantages of donating blood were elaborated on and explained and people were encouraged to practice blood donation regularly as it’s a Sadqa.
