On May 13, 2024, VFAHT FMC conducted a Tuberculosis Awareness campaign at Federal Medical College, reaching out to 300 students to educate them about TB. Additionally, they distributed pamphlets to the general population at PIMS Hospital, Islamabad, specifically targeting the OPD and pulmonology department. Interactive sessions were held to discuss TB’s spread, prevention, and control. The campaign also included Q&A sessions to address common misconceptions and provide accurate information. Overall, the campaign significantly enhanced awareness and encouraged proactive health measures among students and the broader community.
