On November 15, 2024, VFAHT-UCMD conducted a Global Handwashing Day activity at the University College of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Lahore. Targeting individuals from diverse occupations, including healthcare workers, students, and laborers, the event emphasized the critical role of proper handwashing in preventing the spread of infectious diseases.

The program, led by 16 dedicated volunteers, engaged an audience of 100 participants. Attendees learned the essential steps of effective handwashing through interactive demonstrations and discussions, fostering awareness about this simple yet impactful preventive measure. The event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
