On November 16, 2023, VFAHT-KEMU planned a Social Media Campaign on Worlds Patient Safety Day. The session’s program flow included poster circulation on various social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.

World Patient Safety Day is a global initiative observed to raise awareness about patient safety and encourage actions to reduce harm in healthcare. Patient safety is a shared responsibility, involving healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the public. By fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement, World Patient Safety Day strives to make healthcare safer for everyone.

The volunteers successfully, reached an estimated targeted audience of 150-200 individuals.
