On August 22, 2023, VFAHT IMC conducted a Hepatitis Awareness Session at the Smart School, Tando Mohammad Khan, to spread awareness among school students about the prevention and control of the disease.

At first, the President introduced herself and team to the school administration and staff. Students of grade 5 to matric were gathered at the hall. Team President did the opening of session, and gave brief intro about hepatitis and the purpose of conducting this session.

Posters on general sign symptoms of Hepatitis and stages of liver failure were displayed. Each type of Hepatitis with its mode of transmission, sign symptoms and prevention was explained to students in simple and detailed way.
Students paid great attention and interacted very well by asking certain queries regarding hepatitis.

In the end, a quiz session was conducted. Students participated enthusiastically in the quiz. Certificates and goodies were distributed among student who productively interacted.

Finally, there was a photo session of students, teachers and team together.
Overall, the session remained highly engaging.
